KARGIL, AUGUST 13, 2021: The full dress rehearsals of Independence Day Celebrations, 2021 was held at Khree Sultan Chow Sports Stadium Biamathang here today.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kargil Tsering Motup unfurled the national flag, and took salute on the march past presented by the female and male contingents and Band Party of Ladakh Police.

Additional Superintendent Police (ASP) Kargil Iftikhar Talib Choudhary besides other concerned officers of Civil and Police Administration attended the full dress rehearsal function.

The ADC also took stock of the various aspects of the function including arrangements put in place at the venue like security, seating arrangements, parking, sanitation, PAS System besides other related necessary arrangements.

Meanwhile, full dress rehearsals were also held at Sub Division Drass, Shakar Chiktan, Sankoo and Zanskar and Tai Suru and Shargole Tehsils.
