GMDC Zanskar organizes farewell for first batch of science students

Kargil, April 22, 2023: Government Model Degree College (GMDC), Zanskar, organized a farewell in its Auditorium Hall for the first batch of outgoing science students on Friday.

The function was attended by students, faculty members and staff. The event started with the opening speech by officiating Principal Prof. Ishaq, who congratulated the students on their achievements and wished them success in their future endeavors.

“It is a matter of great joy for the college to bid farewell to the first batch of science students of GMDC College,” he said.

The speech was followed by activities in which outgoing students and faculty members participated actively. The outgoing students also shared their memories and experiences of college life with the students.

A cultural program was also organized in which students showcased their talent through various performances including singing, dancing, mimicry and jokes that enthralled the audience amid cheers and applause.

The students left the college with fond memories and a sense of accomplishment, ready to embark on the next chapter of their lives.
