By CEC Feroz Khan chairs review meeting regarding preparations for upcoming DSSRB exam
Kargil, April 28, 2023:
Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan today chaired a review meeting regarding the preparations for the upcoming DSSRB examination.
Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil/ Chairman, DSSRB Santosh Sukhadeve, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, A G Zargar, Deputy Director Employment, Iftikhar Naseem besides other concerned officers were present during the meeting.
During the meeting, thorough deliberations and discussions were held on the various aspects for the successful conduct of the upcoming examination in the district.
The CEC reviewed the status of OMR sheets, facilities at examination centres, logistics, observers and invigilators regarding the fair conduct of the examination.
It was decided in the meeting that separate exam centres will be established in Zanskar Subdivision besides that centres will be established at various stations in Kargil.
The dates for the examinations were also discussed. The CEC asserted that the dates should not clash with other exams and that feasible dates should be chosen so that applicants can commute and take part in the examination without any problem.
DC Santosh Sukhadeve called on to put necessary measures so as to conduct the written examination in a transparent, free and fair manner. The concerned officer informed that preparations have been made and they will work for the successful conduct of the examination
