New Delhi, Dec XX: IndiGo has released its latest operational performance data, revealing that the airline cancelled a total of 1,232 flights in November. According to the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), a significant portion of these disruptions were linked to crew and Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) compliance, along with airport, airspace, and ATC-related restrictionsβfactors largely outside the airlineβs direct control.
The data also shows a sharp decline in IndiGoβs on-time performance (OTP), which fell to 67.70% in November, compared to 84.1% in October. This marks one of the airlineβs lowest monthly punctuality levels in recent months.
IndiGo has not yet released a specific statement regarding recovery measures, but MoCA continues to monitor airline operations closely across the sector.
