Hill Council Leh to provide free coaching to local aspirants for UPSC exams

Leh, June 06: An important meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of the Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson to discuss plans for providing special coaching to the young aspirants preparing for the UPSC examinations.

UPSC Civil Services Examination coaching will be provided for the UPSC aspirants of Leh District, especially for those from economically weaker sections. Within the next few days, modalities will be completed and applications will be invited from the eligible candidates for selection.

It was also informed that details will be shared with the general public soon in this regard.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman/EC Education, LAHDC Leh, Tsering Angchuk; Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC Leh, Shrikant Suse; CPO Leh; Deputy Director Employment, Leh; DEPO Leh and representatives from SAMKALP IAS.
