DYSSO Kargil distributes cricket kit to young female cricket sensation from Kaksar
Kargil, October 17, 2022: As per the directions of Secretary Youth Services and Sports UT Ladakh, Ravinder Kumar, District Youth Services and Sports Officer Kargil Abid Ali today distributed a cricket kit to young cricket sensation Maqsooma, a resident of Kaksar, Kargil.
Headmaster Govt. High School Kaksar, Akhtar Hussain, officials of DYSSO Kargil, staff members of GHS Kaksar and students were also present during the distribution ceremony.
DYSSO Kargil said that recently, a video of Maqsooma, a 6th-standard student of GHS Kaksar in Kargil has gone viral on social media platforms.
After her video got viral, many people throughout the nation appreciated her cricket skills. The Department of Youth Services and Sports Kargil has come forward to support her to achieve passion for cricket.
The department is committed to help such players in every game so that players achieve their goal in their respective games.
The DYSSO informed that the Department of Youth Services and Sports has distributed the full cricket kit to the young cricketer to practice and achieve her goal.
The Headmaster GHS Kaksar appreciated the Department of Youth Services and Sports for the support and for providing the cricket kit to the young cricketer.
