ADC Kargil chairs preparatory meeting regarding Kargil International Marathon

Kargil, Sep 12, 2023: Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil, Ghulam Mohi-ud-in Wani, today presided over a preparatory meeting concerning the Kargil International Marathon.

During the meeting, detailed deliberations and discussions were held on the different aspects pertaining to the successful conduct of the marathon. During the meeting, ADC Kargil took a detailed review of the arrangements to be made by the concerned departments.

During the meeting, all departments provided the necessary information to ensure the successful organization of the marathon. The ADC emphasized the importance of implementing all required measures to ensure the event’s success.

During the meeting, transportation plan during the marathon, management of participants, security, refreshments, medical, water, role and responsibilities to each department, law and order situation were also discussed thoroughly.

ADC Wani instructed all departments to make comprehensive arrangements to ensure the successful execution of the marathon.

He directed all concerned officers that carelessness of any kind wouldn’t be tolerated during the event management and all arrangements should be done in a timely manner.
