Al-Reza Health Care & Research Foundation Conducts Successfully 2 Days Minimally Invasive Surgery Camp at District Hospital Kargil

ALREZA- HC & RF, the Health wing of Jamait Ul Ulema Isna Ashriya Kargil successfully conducted two days Minimally Invasive Surgery camp at District Hospital Kargil.

The camp was conducted by Renowned Minimally Invasive Surgeon of Kashmir, Dr Akhtar Ganai, accompanied by Dr Sajjad Hussain and Dr Mohd Abass , both Consultant Surgeons of Department of Minimally Invasive and Laparoscopic Surgery of District Hospital Kargil.

A total of 12 major and complicated Surgeries were performed successfully in the camp, by the team.

The camp started at 8:00 am early morning and continued till evening.

Two Latest advanced Laparoscopic machines with 4K Systems were used in this camp in the two advanced Modular OT theatres of District Hospital Kargil along with lattest H2O2 Cold Plasma Staerlization.  

The camp was inaugurated by Incharge Chief Medical Officer Kargil Dr Fatima Banoo and Dr Stanzin Namgyal, Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Kargil in presence of Dr Akhtar Ganaie and team, in presence of Deputy MS , Doctors, Paramedical Staffs and Volunteers of AL-REZA HC & RF Kargil.

Dr Mohd Abass, President AL-REZA HC & RF thanked the renowned Minimally Invasive Surgeon Dr Akhtar Ganaie for successfully conducting this camp. He also thanked the CEC Kargil, Kargil administration, CMO and Medical Superintendent , Deputy Medical Superintendent, Doctors, Paramedical staff , OT staff and Volunteers.

Meanwhile, Sheikh Nazir Mehdi Mohammadi , President JUIAK congratulated the Doctors for the successful completion of the Camp and thanked the UT administration and CEC LAHDC Kargil for equipping District Hospital Kargil with latest equipments and Gadgets.

He also thanked Doctors for introducing latest surgical techniques at the door step. He appreciated the paramedical staff, Volunteers and OT staff and prayed for their future success.
