All Ladakh PMSSS Student Union Thanks Commissioner Secretary Padma Angmo for Supporting Student Admissions.

Ladakh, October 2024 – The All Ladakh PMSSS Student Union Executive Members have taken proactive steps to support students whose admissions were canceled by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) due to non-clearance of NEET and BOPEE exams. The Union has compiled a comprehensive list of these students, ensuring that no one is left behind.

This data, which details the affected students, was promptly sent to the Commissioner Secretary of Ladakh, Padma Angmo, in an urgent appeal for assistance. In response, Commissioner Secretary Angmo requested the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and AICTE to reconsider the admissions of these students, allowing them to continue their education and pursue their academic dreams.

The All Ladakh PMSSS Student Union Executive Members express their heartfelt gratitude to Commissioner Secretary Padma Angmo for her swift and compassionate action in advocating for the future of these students. Her intervention has given hope to many who were at risk of losing an academic year, ensuring they can continue their education without interruption.

“We are deeply thankful to Commissioner Secretary Padma Angmo for her unwavering support. Her dedication to the students of Ladakh is inspiring, and her intervention in this matter has brought great relief to many families across the region,” said a representative from the All Ladakh PMSSS Student Union.

The Union hopes that with this collaboration between the Ladakh administration, INC, and AICTE, students will soon be able to resume their education and focus on achieving their career goals.
