EC Education, CEO Kargil visit Kargil Boys Hostel Jammu, Girls Hostel Sidhr
Kargil, November 7, 2024: Executive Councillor for Education, LAHDC, Kargil, Zakir Hussain today paid a visit to Kargil Boys Hostel in Jammu and Girls Hostel in Sidhra.
The EC was accompanied by Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kargil, SD Namgial and Junior Engineer from Procurement R&B Department. The visit aimed to assess the condition and address the concerns of students residing in these hostels.
During their interaction, students and hostel authorities highlighted a range of issues including maintenance of facilities and other requirements necessary to create a conducive learning environment.
The EC Education assured the students that their concerns will be addressed on a priority basis. Emphasizing the LAHDC’s commitment to providing quality educational support to Kargil students in Jammu, the EC also assured to take immediate steps to fulfil the urgent needs identified during the visit.
