ICDS Project Shargole organizes awareness program under Poshan Maah at Pashkum-B

KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 07, 2022: Department of Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) Project Shargole today organized an awareness program under Poshan Maah and Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana Saftah at Pashkum-B.

Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Shargole Farida Batool, Panch Panchayat Halqa Pashkum-B Ghulam Hussain, Centre Administrator One Stop Centre Kargil Umul Banin, Supervisors ICDS Project Shargole, Zubida Banoo and Phunchol Dolma, Aganwadi Workers and helpers of the Panchayat Halqa besides beneficiaries were present on the occasion.

While interacting with the beneficiaries, the CDPO gave a brief introduction on Poshan Maah under POSHAN Abhiyaan and highlighted the importance and awareness of nutrition of all age groups.

Centre Administrator, One Stop Centre Kargil Umul Banin highlighted aims and objectives of One Stop Centre. Supervisor, ICDS Project gave a detailed speech on Poshan Maah under POSHAN Abhiyaan.

Later, a rally was taken out to disseminate awareness among people about the importance of right nutrition with the slogan of POSHAN Abhiyaan “Sahi POSHAN,” “Desh Roshan” at Pashkum-B.
