4 patients cured and discharged
Leh, Oct 15: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, six new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 1008 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh:705 and Kargil: 296 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged four patients yesterday, three were discharged by CMO Leh one were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 44; 42 in Leh and 2 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2010 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 421 and 161 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
