1 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh;
3 patients cured and discharged
Leh, October 7: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, one new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. While a total of 625 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 362 and Kargil: 262 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged three patients yesterday, out of them one patient was discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 49; 46 in Leh and 3 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1199 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 286 and 178 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
