2-day Cluster Level Sports meet concludes at TSG block

KARGIL, DEC 26, 2022:

Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK), Kargil in collaboration with Adventure Sports Club TSG today concluded two- day Cluster Level Sports meet at Higher Secondary School, Trespone, TSG Block.

Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Feroz Ahmad Khan was chief guest of the closing ceremony. While addressing the youth, chief guest appreciated the NYK Kargil and Adventure Sports Club for organizing such an event for the rural youth.

The main objective of the event was to provide opportunity to youth belonging to rural areas and take part in sports meet to exhibit their talent.

During the two-day sports meet, various events were organized like archery, volleyball, 200 meter race for boys and girls and another 100 meter race for girls.

Team Tambis and TRP Trespone won the archery and volleyball respectively. The CEC distributed medals, trophies and certificates to winners. The program concluded with vote of thanks presented by president of Adventure Sports Club TSG.
