U-WIN launched at Leh by CMO Leh

After the success of the Co-WIN platform, the government has now replicated it to set up an electronic registry for routine vaccinations.

U-WIN; is the program to digitize India’s Universal Immunization Program (UIP) which has been launched in pilot mode in two districts of each state and UTs.

Leh district of Union Territory of Ladakh being among the pilot project, launched the program in pilot mode at Solar Colony, Sub Centre Leh on 20th January 2023 where Dr Nurzin Angmo, Chief Medical Officer Leh and Dr Dolma Chuskit, District Immunization Officer Leh distributed certificates to the registered beneficiaries.
