Leh, November 17 : Advisor Dr. Pawan Kotwal chaired a meeting regarding Rozgar Mela, scheduled to be held in the fourth week of November at SSK, Leh Ladakh. The event aims to facilitate the distribution of appointment letters to newly recruited candidates across various locations.

In a recent meeting chaired by Advisor Dr. Pawan Kotwal, meticulous preparations for the Rozgar Mela were discussed to ensure a seamless and impactful event. Among the key points deliberated were the distribution of appointment letters, wherein Administrative Secretaries will personally hand over appointment letters to attendees. Advisor Pawan Kotwal emphasized the need for comprehensive coordination by Deputy Commissioners, who will play a pivotal role in executing the event successfully.

An integral aspect of the Rozgar Mela is the incorporation of technology to enhance accessibility. Videoconferencing sessions, with detailed specifications outlined, will connect participants across locations, ensuring a wider reach for the event. Special invites have been extended to select new appointees to join physically at the designated location, and appointment orders will be sent via email following the Prime Minister’s address.

The distribution of appointment letters will be a momentous occasion, with dignitaries personally handing over the letters to the deserving candidates.

To extend the event’s impact beyond the physical venues, the Prime Minister’s address will be live-broadcasted, and attendees are encouraged to share their experiences on social media platforms using #RozgarMela. This strategic approach aligns with the government’s commitment to transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process while fostering a sense of community engagement.

The meeting witnessed the participation of all Administrative Secretaries, Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Heads of the Departments, and other officials from both Leh and Kargil, underscoring the collaborative efforts involved in organizing this significant employment initiative.
