CEC Feroz Khan chairs review meeting regarding physical, financial achievements of all schemes
Kargil, October 19, 2022: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan today chaired a review meeting of physical and financial achievements of all schemes, including Councilor Constituency Development Allocation (CCDA) and Untied Grant 2022-23 of Silmo constituency at Council Secretariat.
The meeting was attended by Executive Engineer R&B, Executive Engineer Irrigation and Flood control, Executive Engineer PHE, Deputy Director Command area, District Soil Conservation Officer, Block Development Officer Sodh, besides concerned AEEs and JEEs of the respective departments were present during the meeting.
Department-wise detailed discussions and deliberations were held upon the physical and financial achievements of all ongoing schemes in Silmo area.
The concerned officers from the respective departments apprised the CEC about the progress achieved in various developmental works in the area.
While expressing satisfaction over the progress achieved in various developmental works in the area, the CEC directed the concerned officers to immediately start the tendering process of the remaining works and complete the same in the working season.
Khan stressed to avoid duplicacy of works and advised the concern officers to utilize the government funds in an optimum way in order to provide maximum benefit for the general public.
He also instructed the concerned officers to maintain high-quality of construction materials and also adherence to guidelines strictly.
