CEC Kargil inspects functioning of directorate departments, attendance of employees, HODs
Kargil, March 04. 2024: Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today inspected the functioning of directorate departments including the attendance of employees and HODs of various departments.
The CEC was accompanied with Executive Councillor, Kacho Mohd Feroz, and Executive Councillor, Aga Syeed Mujtaba Mussavi.
The CEC inspected the Directorate of School Education, Social Welfare, SE Hydraulics, Executive Engineer PMGSY, Directorate of Tourism, SE R&B, Directorate of Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), Joint Director Information, Directorate of Horticulture, Directorate of RDD and other departments.
During the inspection, CEC Dr Jaffer found many HODs of the departments absent from duties and took strict note of the absent HODs. He said that the report would be sent to Hon’ble LG Ladakh for necessary action.
He also directed employees to come on time for duty and make biometric attendance compulsory. The CEC also said that such inspections will be held regularly in future as well.
