Leh, December 31, 2025: A ceremonial Guard of Honour was accorded to the Chief Secretary, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, at the UT Secretariat, Leh, today on the occasion of his superannuation, in recognition of his distinguished and dedicated service to the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Senior officers and officials of the UT Administration were present on the occasion and paid tribute to Dr. Kotwal’s exemplary leadership and commitment to public service.
The Guard of Honour marked the Administration’s appreciation of his contributions towards strengthening governance and advancing administrative reforms in the Union Territory.
The UT Administration of Ladakh conveyed its gratitude for his invaluable service and extended best wishes to Dr. Pawan Kotwal for a healthy and fulfilling post-retirement life.
