Councilor Shargole visits Leh, meets officers
Kargil, March 16, 2023:
Mohd Ali Chandan, Councilor, Shargole Constituency, LAHDC, Kargil on Wednesday visited Leh and met Sanjeev Khirwar, Principal Secretary to Government School Education Department, Ravinder Kumar, Commissioner Secretary to Government Youth Services & Sports and Padma Angmo, Commissioner Secretary to Government Skill Development and put forth some requests before the concerned officers.
The requests include the introduction of Commerce, History, Geography Sociology subjects for class 11th and 12th, central library-cum-study room, installation of central heating system in classrooms, providing of 25 KV transformer, creation of NCC Unit for Govt. Higher Secondary School, Shargole.
The other requests include construction of Ice Hockey Rink at Wakha under SDP scheme. Conducting training programs for Ama Chokspa, Shargole Block for women empowerment.
The concerned officers gave a patient hearing and assured the Councilor that all possible help would be provided by UT Administration in the next Financial Year 2023-24, for which the Councilor thanked the concerned officers.
