DC Leh Santosh Sukhadeve reviews performance of departments under SDP, District Capex and Subsidy Budget. 

Leh, July 27: Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve today chaired a meeting of the district officers to review the pace of progress achieved on different works under the SDP, State Sector, District Capex and Subsidy Budgets 2023-24 in the DC mini conference hall.

At the outset, the DC took a sector-wise review of physical targets and financial progress achieved on finished and ongoing developmental works in various blocks from the concerned departments which included Animal husbandry, Agriculture, horticulture, fisheries, cooperative, and sheep.

The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the expenditure status of all departments.

DC stressed that the sectors are backbone of rural economy and adopting scientific practices can help in the development of these sectors which is essential for rural prosperity.

Additionally, he instructed the district officers to accelerate the pace of work and expedite the booking of expenditures.

The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Chief Animal Husbandry Officer (CAHO), Chief Agricultural Officer (CAO), Accounts Officer to DC Leh, Assistant Registrar Cooperative (ARC), AD FCS&CA along with officials from sheep and fisheries.
