Director Tourism Took Review Meeting of Developmental Activities in Kargil Ladakh

In Ladakh, Director Tourism UT Ladakh Kunzes Angmo (JKAS) took review meeting of developmental works at Directorate Tourism LAHDC Secretariat Kargil.

The meeting was attended by Aga toha AD Tourism Kargil , shamim Ahmad Wazir Accounts Officer Directorate of Tourism, mohd sidiq AEE KDA and Gh Rasool Assistant Tourist officer AD Tourism Kargil

During the meeting the director was informed that 50% Expenditure has been incurred till date at various developmental activities going on in Kargil and all works are going on as per set plan.

Director took review Review of Releases under SDP, Capital and Revenue Component and the status of ongoing works.

Stressing on display and promotiin of Ladakhi Culture She Directed to expedite the works and stressed on using local materials in Construction of Tourism Development works at Different locations and stressed on need of 100% expenditure to achieve the targets on time.

Kunzes Angmo said that for providing a better facility for the tourist and for ensuring a better economy for the local populace Tourism Department is developing infrastructure and other amenities at all the important tourist destinations and are looking for adding more destination to the list.
