District Police Leh Conducted a PCPG meeting at Police Post Housing Colony:

 

LEH, OCTOBER 04 : District Police Leh conducted a Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting at Police Post Housing Colony,Leh .

 

The meeting aimed to foster collaboration between police department and community leaders to ensure safety and security. The meeting was attended by Mohd Hussain-JKPS, DySP Headquarters Leh, Inspector Rigzin Gurmeet, In-Charge Police Post Housing Colony and 17 Numberdars of the area.

 

During the meeting, District Police Leh urged the active cooperation of the civil society in the prevention of crimes, with a particular focus on addressing theft in the area. To enhance security and facilitate the detection and prevention of crimes, the community leaders were requested to encourage installation of CCTV cameras and prompt reporting of any suspicious activities or incidents to the police.

The Numberdars, also took the opportunity to raise various issues. These concerns have been duly noted, and the police department is committed to taking appropriate actions to address them.
