EC Education flags off students for educational exposure tour

Kargil, Jan 28: Executive Councillor, Education, LAHDC,Kargil, Zakir Hussain, Councillor Baroo- Minjee Constituency, Adv. Khadim Hussain and Chief Education Officer Kargil, Mushtaq Ahmad today flagged off the second batch of 90 students and 12 escort teachers for an exposure tour under SAMAGRA SHIKSHA.

The initiative aims to broaden the students’ horizons beyond the Union Territory.

The Executive Councillor expressed enthusiasm for the educational tour, encouraging the students to gain valuable insights from the tour.

During the tour, the students and teachers will explore historic places and educational institutes which be a learning experience for them. The Executive Councillor highlighted the importance of such initiatives in shaping well-rounded individuals.

The EC added that the LAHDC, Kargil is committed to provide students with opportunities for exposure and learning beyond the Union Territory, ensuring an educational experience for the youth.

Pertinently, a total number of 136 students from different Govt. Higher Secondaries and Govt. High Schools along with 16 escort teachers from all 07 educational will take part in the exposure tour.
