Full dress rehearsal of Independence Day 2023 held in Kargil

 

Kargil, August 13, 2023: The full dress rehearsal of Independence Day Celebrations, 2023 was held today at Khree Sultan Chow Sports Stadium Biamathang, Kargil.

 

Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kargil Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani unfurled the National Flag and took salute at the march past presented by male and female contingents, Ex-Servicemen, school contingents and Band Party of Ladakh Police.

 

Additional Superintendent Police (ASP) Kargil Choudhary Iftikhar Ahmad besides other concerned officers of Police and Civil Administration attended the full dress rehearsal function.

 

The ADC also took stock of the various aspects of the function including arrangements being put in place at the venue like security, seating arrangements, parking, sanitation, PA system besides other related necessary arrangements.
