GDC Drass organizes online session for tourism students
KARGIL SEPTEMBER 24:
Department of Tourism and Travel Management, Govt. Degree College Drass today organized an online session for students of tourism and travel management.
The theme of the program was βDynamics of Innovation in Tourismβ by Dr Prakash Chandra Rout (Assistant Professor Ministry of Education in Ethopia Africa) and it was held under the supervision of Principal GDC Drass, Dr Amjad Ali Abassi.
The session started with welcome address by Assistant Professor, Dr Jahangir Ahmad Malik. On the occasion, the guest speaker enlightened the innovation and types of innovation and its relevance in tourism and hospitality industry in the present era.
The guest speaker instilled the thoughts of students with flair and plethora of knowledge in more succinct manner with innovation in tourism.
After the lecture, the students of the tourism department interacted with the guest speaker and asked several questions which were responded positively by the speaker.
Assistant Professor, (Dr) Mohd Ashraf Wani, presented vote of thanks to the guest speaker.
