2026Government Higher Secondary School Saliskote has organised an *E-Waste Collection Drive* to promote environmental awareness and encourage responsible disposal of electronic waste among students and teachers.
- As part of this initiative, students and teachers have been encouraged to bring unused and discarded electronic items from their homes for collection at the school. The initiative aims to educate the school community about the harmful effects of improper e-waste disposal and the importance of recycling electronic materials through appropriate channels.
The drive also seeks to instil environmental responsibility among students and motivate them to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. By participating in this initiative, students and teachers can contribute towards reducing electronic waste pollution and creating a cleaner, greener and healthier environment.
The school appeals to all students and teachers to actively participate in the drive and spread awareness about the importance of proper e-waste management among their families and the wider community.
