ICAI Organises Capacity-Building Programme to Strengthen Cooperative Societies in Kargil

Kargil, October 23, 2026: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) through its CNPO ICAI Committee, in association with the Cooperative Department Kargil, UT Ladakh, organised a Capacity-Building Programme here in Kargil today on Financial Management of Cooperative Societies.

The initiative aimed to promote sound financial practices, strengthen governance, and enhance awareness of regulatory compliance, empowering cooperative societies to operate with greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
