KARGIL, JUNE 13, 2022: Implementation Support Agency for Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) along with Public Health Engineering Department Zanskar in association with Govt. Model Degree College Zanskar, Block Medical Officer Padum today conducted a cleanliness drive at the holy lake Sani Zanskar.
Earlier, on Sunday, ISA experts conducted a training and awareness program at Cha village of Lungnak Block Zanskar.
Detailed presentation on different scheduled topics which includes accounting and bookkeeping, water-borne diseases, artificial recharge and water conservation techniques were given by the experts of ISA through presentation and videos.
The aim and objectives of JJM is to reach out to everyone and connect every household with a functional household tap connection.
This program was successfully conducted with the support of JJM team Zanskar led by the Executive Engineer Kacho Mumtaz.
ISA team thanked all the participants for actively taking part in the program and urged the public, PRI members to help the department in making JJM a success before August 15, 2022.
