Acting on the directions of the district administration to ensure regulatory compliance, two violations were booked under the Legal Metrology Act for weighing inaccuracies, and one challan was issued under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 for health code violations.

Perishable and non-perishable food items found expired, valued at approximately ₹3,000, were seized and destroyed on the spot. Officials confirmed that no instances of exorbitant pricing or overcharging were observed, indicating stable market conditions in the region.
