LAHDC Kargil observes Constitution Day
Kargil, 26-November-2023:
With regard to Celebration of the Constitution Day samividhan diwas a preamble reading ceremony was held at conference hall council secretariat today.
Constitution day commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India on November 26, 1949 the constituent Assembly of India had adopted the Constitution of India and it came into effect on Jan 26 1950.
At conference hall council secretait Executive Councilor Er, Phunsok tashi presided over the function and read out the preamble of the Constitution.
Various departments of council secretariat attended the pledge taking ceremony. The participants reitrreated the resolve of the nation to constiute India into soverign, socialist, secular and democratic Republic Nation.
