LG Ladakh launches Ladakh Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System
LEH,AUGUST 17 : Lieutenant Governor Ladakh BD Mishra today launched Ladakh Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System.
Commissioner Secretary, GAD, Ladakh Sahujeet gave a detailed presentation on the simple user interface of the grievance portal and stated that it incorporates features like tracking ID for each grievance, file uploading option, SMS alerts, complaint resolution feedback etc.
LG directed the Commissioner Secretary, GAD to ensure 24x 7 services for redressal of grievances through the portal and stressed on the need for it to be functional during late hours.
