MANUU Team Visits JUIAK Ladakh to Enhance Admissions and Collaborations
Kargil, Ladakh – 06-07-2024–
A delegation from Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) recently visited Jamiat Ul Ulama Isna Asharia Kargil (JUIAK) Ladakh to discuss and streamline the admission process for students from Hozia Ilmiya Isna Asharia Kargil. The delegation was led by Prof. Shahid Nouhiz Azmi, Special In-charge of MANUU’s Satellite Campus in Srinagar, and included Dr. Maqsood Hussain and Dr. Tahir Ali, esteemed faculty members of the university.
The delegation engaged in a fruitful meeting with Sheikh Nazir Mehdi Mohammadi, President of JUIAK Ladakh, to explore the possibilities of collaboration and to facilitate the admission of students into undergraduate programs in Urdu, Persian, and Arabic. This initiative aims to ensure that students from Hozia Ilmiya have a smooth transition into higher education.
Prof. Shahid Nouhiz Azmi and his team provided detailed insights into the affiliation process and announced the granting of affiliations to JUIAK Ladakh for its undergraduate courses.
He said that the strategic move will allow students from Hozia Ilmiya Kargil to seamlessly pursue postgraduate courses with their undergraduate degrees from Hozia Ilmiya.
Hujjatul Islam Wal Muslameen Sheikh Nazir Mehdi Mohammadi expressed his profound gratitude to the MANUU team for their visit and for facilitating the affiliation process. He remarked, “This collaboration represents an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide quality education that encompasses both religious and modern studies. It brings us closer to realizing our vision for academic excellence.”
During their visit, the MANUU delegation also toured the Hozia Ilmiya Isna Ashriya Kargil and other sections of JUIAK Ladakh, gaining valuable insights into the institution’s academic environment and infrastructure.
