As part of the Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore 2025 initiative under Good Governance Week, the Mimangs-si-s Jabstogs (Administration at Doorstep) programme was successfully conducted at the Community Hall, Lower Solar Colony, Leh.
The programme witnessed active participation from around 20 government departments, ensuring effective public outreach and direct interaction with residents. The event was organized under the supervision of Padma Angmo, Assistant Director Tourism, Leh, who served as the Nodal Officer for the programme.
Addressing the gathering, the Nodal Officer highlighted the significance of the initiative in strengthening citizen-centric governance. She emphasized that the programme is aimed at delivering essential government schemes and services directly to citizens at their doorstep, thereby minimizing procedural delays and eliminating the need for people to visit multiple offices.
She also urged residents to fully utilize the services made available under the programme and expressed appreciation for their enthusiastic participation. The initiative reflects the administration’s continued commitment to transparency, accessibility, and responsive public service delivery in Leh.
