Nehru Yuva Kendra Kendra Kargil Organises Fit india Freedom Run 2.0 at Sankoo Sub Division

Nehru Yuva Kendra Kargil Ladakh Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt of India, today organised Fit India Freedom Run 2.0 under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav here at Sankoo Sub Division of Kargil on Friday, in collaboration with ASHRM Government Higher Secondary School Sankoo.
Around150 students and volunteers of NYK participated in the freedom run.
The programme commenced with the National Anthem followed by a pledge ceremony.
The speakers on the occasion while underlining the importance of physical activities for healthy life stressed the students to perform physical exercise for at least half an honor daily to remain physically and mentally fit.
