State Election Commissioner Ladakh Chairs meeting on panchayat electoral rolls, delimitation process
Kargil, Sep 26, 2023: The State Election Commissioner of UT Ladakh, Sudhanshu Pandey, chaired a meeting today to discuss matters related to panchayat elections and delimitation of panchayats at Conference Hall, Baroo, Kargil.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Shrikant Suse, ADC Kargil, Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Wani, ACD Kargil Ghulam Muhammad, DPO Kargil, DDEO Kargil and the BDOs.
Detailed discussions held regarding present status of Block Development Councils and panchayats, preparations for transparent delimitation process,reforms in existing rules,preparation of panchayat elctoral roll etc.
