Executive Councilor, RD&PRD, Forest/Wildlife, Cooperative, CAPD and Zanskar Development Authority, LAHDC, Kargil, Er Punchok Tashi on Wednesday inspected various developmental works in Padum, Zanskar.The Executive Councilor visited Eco Park Padum being constructed by ZDA where the issue of approach road was raised by the Executing Agency. The CEO ZDA, SDM and Tehsildar Zanskar were directed to resolve the issue amicably with the land owner.
He also inspected ongoing construction of Revenue Complex Padum saying its half portion shall be completed to accommodate Tehsil and SDM Offices in the next 15 days as committed by Exen R&B Zanskar.
EC Tashi inspected ongoing work of the Culture Complex of Zanskar Gonpa at Maniringmo as well as Buddha Park and it was directed to expedite the work so that the same could be completed within this financial year.
SDM Zanskar, Romil Singh, who also holds the charge of CEO ZDA; Tehsildar Zanskar, Mohd Hassan; Executive Engineer R&B Zanskar, Vilayat Ali accompanied the EC during the tour.
