Pursuant to the directions of the Hon’ble Chief Secretary, Union Territory of Ladakh, the District Administration, Leh has initiated the holding of special lease renewal camps in Leh town for the renewal of expired lease deeds granted prior to 31 March 1997. This is a first in a series of measures being take to reform the revenue administration and meet the land related aspirations of people of Ladakh.
