The Hon’ble Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson convened a meeting today to discuss the issues related to the SNM Hospital, Leh in the conference hall of SNM Hospital, Leh on Sep 10.
The meeting was attended by the Hon’ble DC/CEO, LAHDC Leh, Santosh Sukhadeve; SSP Leh, Shruti Arora; SP Traffic, Kacho Ishtyaq A.Khan ; CPO Leh, Tsewang Gyalson; SE PWD, Dorjey Gyatso; Director Health Services Ladakh; CMO Leh; MS, SNM Hospital Leh, officers and officials from the concerned department are present during the meeting.
During the meeting, Medical Superintendent, SNM Hospital, Dr Rinchen Chosdol briefed the meeting with the current scenario of SNM Hospital, Leh. She also highlighted and apprised various issues concerning the infrastructure, shortages of manpower, security guard and common issues of medical staff and doctors. Further, Medical Superintendent, SNM Hospital, Dr Rinchen Chosdol apprised CEC Gyalson and DC Santosh of the requirement concerning of the construction of Skill-lab auditorium, Mental health or psychiatrist ward, Doctor and Staff quarter, AMT School and various others.
H’CEC Gyalson reviewed the point wise agendas of the meeting department wise and asked the department heads to ensure on ground implementation of the decisions made in the meetings and also evaluated the progress of various ongoing projects. Further, he directed all the concerned officers and officials to coordinated with the respected stakeholders to ensure effective execution of various developmental works. H’CEC Gyalson also stated that the aimed of this meeting is to fulfil all the issues raised during the meeting.
Furthermore, the Hon’ble Chairman also desired to conduct follow-up meetings with the concerned Block Level Medical Officer (BMO) and the other officers and officials to review the progress and resolve the issues on time.
