UT Ladakh receives 100 oxygen concentrators from WHO

On this occasion, Dr. Pawan Kotwal expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Administration of UT Ladakh to the World Health Organisation for donating 100 #oxygenconcentrator to enhance the capacity to deal with the Covid pandemic.
