Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra held in Pashkum A Panchayat
Kargil, Dec 23, 2023: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) program was organized today at Pashkum A Panchayat of Pashkum Block which saw huge public participation.
BDC Pashkum, Zakir Hussain, BDO/Day Nodal Officer, Ghulam Rasool, Sarpanch, Panches, officials from different departments, including Agriculture, RD&PRD, Handloom, Social Welfare, ICDS, along with representatives from various other line departments attended the event.
During the event, the officers interacted and reached out to the citizens eligible under various welfare schemes, disseminating information and fostering awareness about the government-sponsored public-centric schemes.
Experts from different departments and institutions including agriculture, horticulture, Social Welfare, ICDS, Fisheries, Handloom, etc. held interactive sessions with the locals wherein they were informed about the procedures to avail these welfare schemes.
