CEC Feroz Khan chairs meeting regarding issues of Councilors
KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 22, 2022:
Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmed Khan today chaired a meeting with Councilors at Conference Hall to address their various issues and grievances.
The meeting was attended by EC Works Mubarak Shah Naqvi, EC Tourism Er Punchok Tashi, EC Horticulture Aga Syed Mehdi Fazily, Principal Secretary UT Ladakh Dr Pawan Kotwal besides Councilors of all constituencies of Kargil.
The meeting held a detailed discussion and deliberation upon the various issues and grievances pertaining to the Councilors of the district.
The Councilors unanimously forwarded their issues including, defined status and protocol of Councilors, medical help, telephone, stationary, travel allowances etc.
Principal Secretary gave a patient hearing to all projected issues and grievances and assured that a proposal will be forwarded to the higher-ups for immediate redressal.
Dr Kotwal, who is also the Chairman of the Committee for Allowances and Facilities for Councilors, appreciated the proactive role of Councilors in implementing all developmental activities across UT Ladakh.
The CEC thanked the Principal Secretary for listening to the demands and expressed optimism for the early redressal of the projected demands.
