ADC Kargil chairs meeting regarding training-cum-orientation program for newly appointed employees

Two-week long program to start on November 07 at Auditorium Hall

Kargil, November 05, 2022:

Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani today chaired a meeting regarding conducting of two weeks training-cum-orientation program for the newly appointed employees in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), New Delhi, scheduled from November 07 at Auditorium Hall.

The meeting was attended by

AD Information Kargil, Padma Angmo, Headquarter Assistant to Deputy Commissioner, Arifa Iqbal Lone, Block Development Officer Kargil, Samina Khatoon, Inspector Anaytullah and Sub Inspector Mohd Ali from Ladakh Police and officer from NIC Kargil.

In the meeting, the ADC finalized all the arrangements for the two-week-long training-cum-orientation program which is scheduled from Monday.

The ADC instructed the AD Information Kargil to ensure proper media coverage of the program and arrangements of PA system in the hall. He also directed the concerned officers of the Ladakh Police for logistic arrangements at the training venue.

R&B and PHE Department were instructed to spare the Auditorium Hall and ensure drinking water facilities respectively throughout the training program. Officer from NIC, Kargil was directed for the internet and IT support at the training venue.

The Rural Development Department and Ladakh Police were also instructed to ensure deputation of the specified number of newly appointed employees of their respective departments of Kargil for the training program.

He also instructed the concerned Nodal Officer to ensure submission of attendance.
