ADC Kargil flags off progressive farmers for exposure tour to J&K

 

Kargil, October 10, 2023: ADC Kargil, Ghulam Mohiuddin Wani today flagged a group of 107 progressive female farmers who will be going for an exposure tour to Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, to learn best agriculture practices. The tour has been organised by the Agriculture Department Kargil.

 

Addressing the progressive farmers, Chief Agriculture Officer Mohammad Ali Khan advised the farmers to take maximum benefits from the tour and learn best practices of farming from the scientists and farmers during their stay.

 

The exposure tour is organised by the Agriculture Department Kargil under the centrally sponsored scheme ATMA.

 

Officials of the department, concerned officers, besides progressive female farmers were present at the flag off ceremony.
