Animal Husbandry Department Kargil organises KCC Awareness Camp at TSG Block

The Department of Animal Husbandry Kargil on Thursday organised the “Nationwide Kissan Credit Card (KCC)
Campaign” for Providing KCC facility to all eligible farmers from 15 November 2021 to 15 February 2022 at held TSG Block.

BDC Chairperson TSG Block Haji Tohir Hussian was the chief guest on the occasion.

Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Kargil Dr Ismail, DSHO Kargil Dr. lftikhar Hussain were among the Guests.

Those Present including Dr Asgar ud Din, Dr Ibrahim, Manager SBI Khumbathang Mr Munsoor Mehdi, Manager J& K Bank Trespone Akhone Mansoor and a larger number of farmers and bearers Present during the Course.

AVO TSG Haji Abdullah present with a traditional khataq to the Guests and welcomed all the guests and Farmers in the Nation wide campaign.

Haji Tohir Hussain BDC Chairperson from TSG Block in his speech extends his greetings to all the participants for showing their interest in the camp and also request to CAHO Kargil to continue such programme in coming days.

Dr Asgar-ud-Din Spoke about the aims and objectives of the scheme.

He also assured that such programme will be held continuously to aware farmers so that they may get benifitted from it.

SBI Bank Manager Khumbathang were also spoke on the occasion he focused on the importance of such programme and shared information regarding the KCC Loan.

He assured his full support to provide KCC Loan to the farmers.

During the course Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Kargil Dr. Ismail talking about the aims and objectives of the scheme said that it is a Nationwide KCC that commenced from 15 November 2021 and will continue till 15 February 2022 in UT Ladakh.

He further shared information about the KCC Loan scheme and other schemes that are run by the department for providing better facilities to the farmers.

Meanwhile the participantā€™s shared their feedbacks about the KCC Loan,Medicines and shortage of staff in the Centres and put forward the grievances of the villagers.

Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Kargil Dr. Ismail gave a patience hearing about the questions raised by farmers and assured them to redress their issues in a phase manner.

Apt to mention here that Manager SBI Khumbathnag Mansoor Mehdi distributed on spot sanction letters to five eligible farmers and assured that he will sanction all pending cases of KCC Loans within in stipulated time.

The programme was concluded with vote of thanks from AVO TSG Haji Abdullah.

He thanked all the Chief Guests and Farmers to participate in the awareness campaign
