CEC Kargil thanks UT Administration Ladakh for issuance of Resident Certificate Order.

KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 05, 2021: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan has expressed gratitude to the UT Administration Ladakh particularly the Lieutenant Governor Ladakh Radha Krishna Mathur for issuance of Resident Certificate Order for the purpose of appointment to all the non-gazetted posts borne on the establishment of any Department or Service of the Ladakh Administration.

CEC Khan has also welcomed the decision of the UT Administration to enhance the upper age limit for entry into government services against all posts meant for direct recruitment other than those pertaining to gazetted officers.

The CEC said that these decisions have come as a big relief for unemployed youths of Ladakh and expressed optimism that the UT Administration will immediately issue directions to the concerned officers to start issuing residence certificates and expedite the recruitment process.

Meanwhile, CEC Khan has urged the UT Admininstration to take a similar decision in case of gazetted posts.
