Circular for Govt employees in Kargil

District Magistrate Kargil issued a circular for govt employees.

The circular added that most of the employees showing their employee ID card to duty magistrate/ police personnel after 10:00am on the pretext to attended their duties.

Therefore,  directed employees to to attend duty before 10:00am , after 10 :30am  the employees ID shall not be considered as valid for movement without any specific reasons.
