DM Kargil issues order for vaccination of all government employees including casual labors, daily wagers

KARGIL, JUNE 16, 2021

In order to achieve 100% vaccination of the government employees in the district against COVID-19, District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve has in a fresh order instructed all the DDOs/Sectoral Heads to ensure that no government employee including casual labors and daily wagers are left-out without vaccination at least for the 1st dose.

The order states that the DDOs /Sectoral Heads shall provide the list of the employees working in their offices who have received the first dose till date on the devised format issued by the DC office by 17th June, 2021 up to 3:00 PM.

Further all the DDOs/Sectoral Heads have been directed to ensure that the left-out government employees are vaccinated by Monday, the 21st of June, 2021.

The DDOs/ Sectoral Heads shall provide certificate/ compliance report regarding 100 percent vaccination of the employees working in their offices by 22nd June, 2021, the order maintains.

Meanwhile, the District Immunization Officer has been directed to coordinate with the DDOs/ Sectoral Heads for timely completion of the vaccination drive.
