DM Kargil orders imposition of Section 144 CrPc around examination centres in Kargil for smooth conduct of exams 

KARGIL, NOVEMBER 13, 2021: In order to conduct Class 10th and 12th annual exams in a smooth and hassle free manner, District Magistrate Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve today issued an order for imposition of Section 144 CrPc around the examination centres in Kargil District.

“In view of the conduct of Class 12th and Class 10th Annual Session Examination of regular candidates of District Kargil with effect from 15-11-2021 to 18-12-2021, in order to avoid menace of copying besides to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations, Section 144 of CrPc is hereby imposed around the premises of all the examination centres notified by the Sub Office J&K Board of School Education, Sub Office, Kargil”, the order reads.
