Indian Women’s Ice Hockey team enters semi-finals at Asia Oceana Ice Hockey tournament
Leh, May 05: Secretary Youth Services and Sports Ravinder Kumar congratulated the Indian Women’s Ice Hockey Team for their outstanding performance in the Asia Oceana Ice Hockey tournaments being held in Thailand, Bangkok.
The Indian team defeated Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait and in the quarter final match confirmed their semifinals with a 3-2 win over Malayasia.
The team will be playing their semi final match versus Thailand on 6th of May 2023.
The Indian Ice Hockey Team is almost fully represented by the Ladakh Women’s Ice Hockey Team .
As per Directions of the Honorable LG Ladakh, the team was supported for their training camp and the tournament by the Sports Department of UT Ladakh.
